Fingers crossed on the quality of the procedure but the visitor experience sucks in Building B/Towers. Cafeteria is a joke and no coffee, about as reliable as McDonalds. It's probably been out for months since everyone else doesnt bother to even look at the out of service signs.
I just left the office seeing Kaitlin Divine and didn’t realize this was the same hateful person that I had seen one time in the past but it didn’t take but a minute of her entering the room that I realized I had seen her before I have never been treated or talked to by a dr like the way I was by her she walked in with a attitude and saying there’s nothing I can do to help you it’s nothing gi related when I know the kind of problems I’m having that’s why I’ve waited months to see a gi dr but she wasn’t going to listen to me ... read more
Ridiculous wait for colonoscopy
Nicole in scheduling had the worse customer service. She took my social security number but would not take my insurance information and proceeded to transfer me to financial planning during me explaining to her that I had insurance.
Had to make appt. For sick brother. spoke with Shaylene- with GI scheduling. amazing very friendly and accommodating. She made my day! 5/5 for her. I hope someone from Emory sees this because prior to this I have not had the best experience with Emory.
