Love the whole staff nurses and techs
It clearly says No Parking, but you keep breaking the rules. Every time I come here, I see this car parked in the same spot — even when the whole parking lot is empty. I understand that you care about your car, but you’re not the only one here. This just proves that the management of this building doesn’t care and doesn’t even bother to check.
I would give this place 0 stars and recommand a new crew of dialysis workers. Many of the females who work here are jamacian or African.very nasty attitudes they do not wear a mask and they also are on their personal phones and talking while working. They speak in they language when they are talking about a patient to other patients which is against the HIPPA VIOLATION. I would take my business elsewhere. The best one is the location on lavista road. clean nice respectful of all personal and patients.
I was left alone, along with ten other patients in my area alot. It were 3 pods one tech a pod, they were always short a tech, so you had to wait for one to be free to take care of you. When it was time for break and it were 3 techs 2 go on break at the same time leaving one tech for over ten patients. If you talk up and complain they will join together and retaliate in you and cus you out in front of other patients and call you names. Nurses are AWESOME and the place always feel safe bc security is always around.
