I want to start by saying I absolutely LOVE my primary care doctor! She is very informative and never makes me feel uncomfortable. She is also VERY professional and helps me feel at ease. On the other hand, I’ve experienced very UNPROFESSIONAL front desk employees. Today for my appointment, the woman that checked me in began talking very loudly to her co-worker about my balance and choice to come to this location while I was waiting in the waiting room. I love my primary care doctor (Dr. Merchant) and all of the nurses and front desk staff at this clinic location! They always have a smile and a good attitude which makes going to the doctor less of a chore. Shout out to Jamiah who made my latest visit an easy and happy one!
Doctor Champlabil was very thorough, kind and took his time . Great consultation.
On the list, there are a number of doctors at this location. They only want you to see the one that 'they' want you to see. The usual story is that x doctors "are not seeing any new patients." The doctors that are available, a lot of people don't want to see them. In my case, I research the background of the doctors and look for the one that I feel would be a best fit for a primary care doctor for me and it's a bonus if they might have a general idea of the other conditions, even if they can't treat those directly. Today was the last straw - been going here since 2011 with Frieda who was wonderful But she is gone , went today to have med release signed for upcoming hip replacement & was treated horribly I was yelled at to sit down - what happened to customer service ?? Won’t be going back to be treated like that !!
