Today was the last straw - been going here since 2011 with Frieda who was wonderful But she is gone , went today to have med release signed for upcoming hip replacement & was treated horribly I was yelled at to sit down - what happened to customer service ?? Won’t be going back to be treated like that !!
The Dr Is wonderful, the staff, friendly and helpful but the parking is horrific! Where is the signage? Is there any parking set aside for seniors or the disabled? The 1st visit cost me $28.00 because I parked in the wrong place due to a lack of any direction or signage. The 2nd time I'm looking for a parking spot, trying not to be late took what was available, ended up walking outside the parking lot on the back of the bldg! Can we get a couple of signs? DR MARK is extremely qualified, listens and provides wonderful care. Nice personality as well.
Have been going to location for 20 . Monet, Dr V, and was then told to pick another Dr. Choose Dr Merchant. Called for my anual physical and was told she wasn't taking new patients. I thought I was and had been a patient ! Now having to go to P'Tree Hills location. Not happy !
