On 4/14/22 I came here for chest pains. I walked to the front desk to ask to see the doctor, but the receptionists told me I would have to make a telehealth visit then she goes on to say I had to wait out in the hallway because it might be COVID. I went waited out the hallway for a minute for her to come back and say we scheduled you an appt for 11:30AM. Let me not forget to say the waiting room was empty. Doctor waddell is great with my youngsters going into young men. Front office are very helpful as well.. But back staff need better customer service and dealing with patients. Rules of office need to given before we get to appointment not at appointment time.
It was awesome this is a place to go for surgery. First time here. You arrived early so that they can get all your vitals done your IV answer any question get your robe on get you scrub down. You meet several doctors and nurses during your stay depending on when your surgery is. I had so much fun because all the nurses and most of the staff for Disney fans so we sat and talked about Disney World and Mickey Mouse the entire time before I had to go in. Finding the location was a little difficult from the main road, but otherwise this was literally the best Primary Care experience I've ever had. Dr. Dallas and the staff were quick, listened thoroughly throughout the appointment and provided the highest quality care. The phones are busy because of Covid, but I highly recommend utilizing the online patient portal.
my phycisian was very friendly and spent as much time as was needed to evaluate me and answer all of my questions. The staff was also friendly and helpful and I was surprised that I did not need to wait more than 3 to 5 minutes until I was saying by my trading position.
