My appointment was at 3:30. It is now 4:20. I still have not been called back. Lady at the front desk has not even addressed me for the long wait. Instead shes on the phone talking about her upcoming trip shes planning. I won't be back.

Quiet, clean and well decorated non-crowded facility surrounds you with feelings of being relax, calm and exceptional (the focus is on you). My pet peeve is when medical offices are obviously running behind, but don't communicate that to the patients. My husband's appointment was at 10am (checked in early) and only because he asked about what is going on, they finally called him back 35 minutes after the appointment. No apology, nothing I'm sure if he was running 10 minutes late, they would have canceled his appointment and charged him for a missed visit. Just show some common courtesy.
