EDITED 3/13/25: I'm now seeing Tonya Moretz-Smith, NP, and she is lovely. I still miss Dave, but she is an excellent addition to the team here. I am still not thrilled about the centralized scheduling thing, as they don't know me and don't really care about me. In the past, since the receptionist knew me, if I called with a problem, they were quick to respond, since I only ever called when things were truly serious. I wish I could give disgustingly unprofessional, careless, insensitive and heartless office zero stars!! I’ve never in my life met a worse person/doctor in my life than Dr. Mizrahi!! All she cares about is her bottom line. You’re not a human being in her eyes, just a paycheck. She makes it a point to not answer a single question straight forward, goes out of her way not to help in any way and it’s a miracle if she answers a single message. When PA Dave was at the practice, things were wonderful. Since he left, it has been frustration after frustration. Guard dogs keep patients from calling the actual office (it is now a call center with people who have zero compassion and who sound like they hate their job), LPNs respond to messages sent TO MDs and NPs specifically with nonsensical non-answers to questions asked, and no follow through on promised action. I was not alerted that my previous doc (Dr. Willard) was leaving and they took me in but charged me as a new patient. Now my new doc (Dr. Gone) who has all my previous paperwork, does not want to continue refilling my antidepressants and wants me to go through a psych office instead. The only psych office I can get a hold of wants a referral from Emory and it’s been a month of back and forth with them trying to get them to send the proper paperwork to the psych office.
