Never in my life have I had such an unprofessional experience with a physician. Dr Najam, without ever seeing my MRI images on a disk, told me I likely had arthritis. I explained that I had a lot of swelling from re-spraining an ankle and that I had no family history of arthritis, no other swollen joints-- that I'm 25 and healthy. Still she insisted after a quick ankle exam that it was arthritis. The staff here is courteous and attentive. The service, however, is extremely slow. I waited upwards of an hour and a half during my first visit and I waited an hour during my second visit. It is clear that the environment here is very laid-back and all affairs seem to move at a glacial pace. Based on my experiences, a routine visit here takes up to 2.5-3 hours, over half of that is idle waiting time. I would not recommend this practice for these reasons.
