I've been going here for a few years now and I'm very happy with the quality of care I receive. My practitioner listens and actually takes my concerns seriously, which is hard to come by. She is very friendly, and so are the front desk staff. I've never had issues with long wait times, even for late afternoon appointments. My only complaint is that they don't do bloodwork in-office, but it's not a big deal since there's a lab a mile down the street
Broderick was ineffective at best at my annual physical. Suggested a follow up virtual visit after my annual physical, in order to interpret the annual basic lab results--- which I did, not realizing that virtual FU visit would be $300+ out of pocket!! Instead, in the past, the Emory doc always provided interpretation by message in MyChart. Broderick's affect was flat or defensive, and she provided 0 interpretation, only kept repeating, "do you have any qeustions baout your labs? "
I’ve been seeing Dr Danielle Glaeser for a few years now and she’s honestly the best healthcare provider i’ve ever seen. She truly listens to me and makes me feel seen and understood with any concern I have. She’s super kind and personable. Overall a great physician who I adore!
Worst primary care experience I’ve had, expected better of Emory. Waited 30 minutes past appt time to be called back, still waited longer in room and left rather than longer wait. Never saw Patten. Room smelled like bleach, still requiring masks, front desk staff u friendly. Avoid this office.
Dr. Kyle Torres is unreliable and her practice is a joke. Don’t let her waste your time.
