Their desk and phone staff are so rude. Was in shock on how they treat patients.
We've always had a positive experience with Dr. Bondulich and his professional office team!
refused to see my husband (who is a patient here) because he had "symptoms similar to covid" even though he had 3 negative covid tests. the lady on the phone wouldn't even listen to my story or give me the time of day. needless to say i finally found a doctor who WOULD see my husband and he already had such bad pneumonia that he was sent straight to the hospital. absolutely ridiculous. other illnesses besides covid do still exist.
