As a new patient I was immediately put at ease and had a great experience. Dr Blanchford is just awesome as are her staff

I am rating this strictly on registration since I never received an appointment to see a Doctor. I called over 3-months ago as a new patient for both my daughter and I. I was told that I had to complete and send a medical questionnaire and other forms. I completed all and returned. As of today I have not heard from anyone. It is a shame that Emory doesn’t care about customer well-being at all. I had the worst experience at this facility. The provider that I saw disregarded everything that I was there for and went off on a tangent about how her family and their problems. That same provider asked me what i thought my own problem was... isn’t that her job? If i knew, I wouldn’t have paid for her poor services. I do not recommend going here if you feel sick and want answers.
