5 hour wait after specialist sent me due to lung issues. No water, no food. After 14 hours I left worse than when I came in. They guessed a diagnosis and wanted me to follow up with neurologist. After a quick review of my blood tests it was obvious I was dehydrated and anemic. Very disappointed. I don't want another resident attempting to guess what's going on after I am directed to the ER from my specialist (and so at Emory) I have good insurance and do not use the ER instead of seeing a physician. Was there this week to prepare for the TAVR procedure. Excellent testing facility. Will be back in November for surgery.

I can not thank Emory enough for what they did. They saved my life and for that I'll always be grateful. I love my 2 teams of Cardiologists, the nurses, the techs...I love them all. Because of them I can continuing living the life I am...I still come to Emory for check ups and will for the rest of my life. The best hospital in Atlanta, they literally saved my life several times. Were it not for their expert attention, I would not be sitting here rating them. Bless all of the staff, they do a great job of delivering top notch medicine.
