The staff are unqualified. the medical billing department is fraudulent. They frequently code wrong.. Ask for itemized bills and crosscheck with your insurance. Still dealing with issues from 2011.
the doctors may be great, but the hospital staff is horrible. conflicting information, lots of "not my job", patients are a number, there is no compassion.

I drove my daughter to her OBGYN appt and I had to be prescreened. I had no symptoms, mask and gloves and couldn’t enter yet while I was made to wait outside I watched as 3 out of 4 VALET drivers weren’t wearing gloves while entering the patients vehicles and the one didn’t have on a mask or gloves.... but I couldn’t enter the hospital..... So this one star ⭐️ is a thank you for possibly saving my life from covid 19
