My best friends brother is in CRITCAL CONDITION on LIFE SUPPORT and all the doctors are doing is trying to push the family to take him off life support because he has no insurance. This place is a joke. The staff is rude, no one seems to actually care about the situation and only wants to pull him life support..

My neice had her baby there and I was once a delivery room nurse in L&D, Post -Partum, & Nursery. I saw the set-up and it looked strange, however I am not judging the service according to the looks, and she did admit the service picked up in the delivery area. I am glad to hear that! I've only ever visited as an outpatient, but I've always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hospital. It's always a pleasure! :D

I've been trying to get my mother started on chemo and two months after diagnosis of pancreatic cancer the Winship Cancer Institute has still done nothing. Sent her home without pain meds, insulin for the high blood sugar and pressure, black stools ketones, sugar in urine nausea and vomiting, and still nothing. Dr.Goldsweig of John's creek and other locations is the absolute worst. First visit he didn't have her file, pulled nothing up on the computer, and gave her a 6 months to a year to live without knowing what type of can... read more

The admission staff are very rude and have no understanding of people that are sick and nervous. They need more training on sensitivity to all. Maybe if they get off the phone talking to their friends... they won't feel like they have to be rude, but can focus on their jobs. Horrible experience and I have passed the word around
