After 20 plus years in the restaurant business, i know a couple things about the business. Let me say if your hostess is a cold, hipper than thou eye roller, people will leave. That's what we did, we left and we will more than likely never step foot in your business again. San Francisco has no shortage of great restaurants with welcoming friendly staff. We left your place and went to Gialina for the first time and loved it.
I guess we are not cool enough for this place. Lots of my friends seem to love it, but we tried to go there once and were treated so poorly by the hostess that we will never go back. I have had a warmer reception at FOUR BARREL, if that gives you any idea...
