Emmons is making a lot of mistakes and blaming the homeowners. Their payment department is making all kinds of mistakes and not even notifying residents that we are being billed late fees for their mistakes. And then they are so rude on top of that.
Didn't get anywhere like I'd hoped to. Had hoped to get enough information to spur me to drive 3 hours and buy one of their trucks, but the guy said "drive on down we'll discuss it"...but not going to do a 6 hour RT without knowing a level of information to spend that time and gas
