I’m going to give a review of our entire experience. We loved our initial purchase. Shelly and Erica were wonderful. Ashley was awesome helping us along the way. It’s hard as a buyer to live a mile away and not be critical of every milestone. We got really frustrated at times and were very critical. What I will say is, have faith. We have had an amazing experience so far in Lugano!! Shelly and Erica at the model, our designer Ashley, and our superintendent Rodney have all been awesome! They under promise and over deliver. They are a great team! We have not met Lori, but we know she is the glue that holds it all together and have always had positive outcomes from her decisions. We would definitely recommend this builder and community!
