I can’t give this place a “bad” review- but I will post some advice for the people who have full schedules. Do not go here in the morning. Even upon open. That’s when they are busiest and you’ll be waiting FOREVER to see a doctor. Instead I suggest you do what I did my first two times that I went and go about a half hour - an hour before close. Waste of time and money. The staff lacks compassion and doesn’t give suggestions to help with symptoms. An obnoxious nurse literally asked if I broke my nails because nail polish was chipped, it was very embarrassing I explained I was too sick to take it off. She continued to talk about how the Covid swab is really uncomfortable. I didn’t need to know that. I had a low grade fever but doctor said I had no fever. The guy at check in and check out was rude.
