I had several people recommend Dr. Benoit to me after xrays at a clinic showed an ankle break on Friday. My files were faxed on Saturday and I was told a scheduler at Northern Light would call me on Monday esp bc my file was marked urgent. When I didn't hear anything Monday morning, I called to learn that my files were not in the review pile. I double checked that they had been sent and they had. I’m sad to have to give a negative review, but I genuinely loved the Dr I saw. After finding out I had a severe injury that I had been trying to get diagnosed for several months at physical therapy, surgery was highly recommended to get me back to normal. I was fully in agreement and had scheduled my appointment for 2 weeks out. We recently just moved to Maine, I was speaking with my physician for an orthopedic surgeon. She referred me to somewhere in Bangor and they didn't except my medical, they sent my referral to northern lights my wife and I looked up the reviews of this office and I did not like what I was reading. I told my primary care I didn't want to go there and they sent me there anyways. After showing up the staff and nurses were excellent. I had an appointment with Dr. Bras about my hip. I've had a labrum detachment in the past and suspected a new tare. She ordered an MRI and disregarded what the radiologist said ( proving I had a tare in my labrum), but instead told me to look into edibles. The complete disregard of for my sobriety and health. I got second opinion and now have to have a hip replacement.
