Spent over 40 minutes on hold without speaking to a representative. I decided to add a phonecall to the first call, and merged the two together. My second call of 2 minutes was picked up?! My reason for calling is very serious to my childs health. Fix your software Northern Light!!!
Dr. Lutwack recently delivered my baby, and it was a wonderful experience. I can’t thank him enough. He did a great job working alongside and collaborating with the other medical professionals as well and my birth went as smooth as I could have ever asked for. I would definitely choose family medicine and residency again.
The most horrible place to be. They never respond to refill requests, don’t answer messages on the portal. They let the refill requests sit for days. Constantly overbooking. They need to get their shit together. Oh, and there’s waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to get someone to answer a phone. Doesn’t matter what day, always just sit on hold for a decade. I’ve been on hold currently over 10 min.
