RecommendedWe usually love Emma’s. But, we ordered takeout from there tonight and the burger I ordered for my son was completely raw. Not even rare, but the meat was still mushy. I had to re cook it before I served it to him. Pretty disappointing.

Some of the best seafood dishes in the area! I am extremely picky, as I like to get my seafood on the coast but Emma’s is my go-to for great seafood in western mass. Their seafood stuffing is amazing and I highly suggest the baked stuffed scallops. We miss coming to your restaurant. So we did take out but this time the fried calamaris was a bit salty and the Zuppa Clams has bread flour not cook well. Overall it’s was great if the fried calamari isn’t that salty.
First time and we loved it! Our server was great, food was very good, good size portions.
Great service but execution of the flavor profile of the staple dish suffered. Didn’t complain, just checked it off as a loss.
Emma's is one of our go-to restaurants when we decide to go out to dinner. The atmosphere is perfect. The portions are huge, filling and absolutely delicious and out of this world. We have never had a bad experience here. The entire staff, including Gianpaolo, Donna, Deb and everyone else makes this such an incredible place to be for lunch/dinner. Highly recommend this place for sure.
