I want to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your shop. The before and after pictures clearly show that I should not have left with my hair looking like that. I feel that the service I received did not meet the standard I expected, and it’s frustrating to hear that my dissatisfaction is being blamed on my hair type. First of all it smells like ass in that shop I wore my mask the whole time. I came in at 8am on the dot and left at 4:55 pm i could've left at 2:30 because all the braids were put in all they had to do was finish braiding it all the way down but they just moved on to the next client and didn't come back to me till 3:37 and the lady in-front of me who was doing someones hair put food i. Absolutely love them, I love being able to drop my daughters off to get their hair done and feel absolutely comfortable doing so; Emma is always so sweet and kind to me n my girls! I wish I was rich she would definitely get a big big tip from me every time. Always kind and generous and does an amazing job with my kids hair. Prices are very reasonable.
