Emmanuel was well informed and professional. Courteous, he apologized for being 15 minutes behind schedule. Could work a bit on bedside manner but he did his job well diagnosing and treating me.
I was not his patient but my young sister was. He nearly made her cry of how rude he was. He told her he was “wasting his time”. Her appointment was at 9:30, she arrived at 9:15 but was not seen until 9:50. If we want to talk about wasting “time”, we can start there. He seems to be someone who should not be dealing with the general public if this is the way he treats patients.
