I moved from West Palm to Pompano beach and I never met a staff more professional and kind. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, the front desk checked us in and the medical assistant did my son vitals with no tears, which was a win all by it self. Then we got to meet Dr. Emmanuel, who in my opinion is superb and wonderful with my kids. Love the staff and the location is super kid friendly.
If I could give this office less than one star, I absolutely would. This has been the worst office experience I have ever had. I have been trying to get appointments for my children since August, and it is now September, and I still have not been able to successfully complete the process. I personally went into the office and made appointments for my children. However, when the time came for the appointments, the appointments were not showing in the system. My boys have been a patient for over 20 years with Dr. Wajid. Ever since this practice was sold to pediatrica, I can’t seem to get medical records. I have been at it for over 4 weeks now for records. Please find a different practice for your child. This place is just not it anymore.Its so sad that I have to write a negative review, however factual, just for someone to get something done.
My Daughter has been a patient for years
it's alway a struggle for them to give my son a refeal. I just change docter office.
