Dr. Lee is very personable, no long waits, on time and will give you the time you need to voice why you are there.
I am really impress how Dr Lee welcome me on my firth visit. During consultation he was very profesional, he even though walk me out from examination room to say goodbye.
Dr. Lee has a very happy, kind and upbeat personality. He goes out of his way to help you. I have always been cared for in a professional manner. I feel that he really listens to you if you have a concern. He never orders anything that is "unnecessary". I highly recommend him.
I always had good experience with Doctor Lee. He listens actively, and give good advises.
I like Dr. Lee very much and hard to know how could anyone not like him. Every one of my family member is his patient including my relatives who only come visit for short period of time. He knows how to handle each and every situation and individual well. I even wish I can bring my younger kids to him instead of seeing the pediatricians especially after a bad experience with a NP at a pediatrician clinic . What a treasure that Seton family of doctors possesses!
I like Dr Lee, a lot. I do not like that people are leaving negative reviews, for an office that closed a year and a half earlier. That's dumb.
I have to fight to get my meds refilled by this doctor EVERY TIME!!!!! It doesn't matter if my pharmacy will fax requests to him. It doesn't matter if I have to call and leave messages with the nursing staff. This doctor works out of the Westlake Seton Clinic, but Seton CAN NOT get this doctor listed under me in my portal so instead of me just emailing him that I need my meds refilled, I have to call and leave a message with the nursing staff, and then call again and leave a message with the nursing staff, and then call agai... read more
Dr. Lee is perhaps the most personable doctor I've ever met. He listened thoroughly to my injury concerns, without cutting me short to hustle me in/out, as most doctors seem to do these days. Also, he had no problems referring me to a specialist (in my case an orthopedic surgeon) and MRI, despite being very thorough in his examination of my knee injury. He also went above an beyond to squeeze me just before Xmas, despite a very full schedule. Bravo!
