Although our mother was 92 and suffering with Alzheimer’s, I don’t think we ever expected to need Hospice care when we did. With Emmanuel Hospice caring for her, I could sleep easier knowing she was safe, loved, and being cared for. What stood out to me was whenever I spoke to someone from Emmanuel, they would talk to me about mom but they would never end the conversation without asking how I was.
