A pregnant Family member went to a consultation with Emmanual Apor Hematology, the facility, and the doctor wanted to bill me after the insurance was billed 5,500 dollars out of pocket for an Iron Infusion. Gave my pregnant sister lots of undue anxiety and stress really was not helpful or empathetic. Once we found out the pricing, we called other IV infusion centers that only charged 175, the doctor was arrogant and belligerent. Very knowledgeable, professional and caring physician. As a special needs parent, his patience and attentive bedside manner was appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr. Apor. He's the best.
