Disappointing regarding the result of the botox application I don't remember very well what the name of the product applied. It was as if I hadn't applied anything, it's the second time applied, the first wasn't here, and it was great result, but with you guys I'm way more than disappointed
Emma and Melanie were superior from start to finish! Emma clearly cares about the customer experience in addition to quality care. I had a previously bad experience with another injector, I always left badly bruised around the eye area and finally realized that wasn’t normal (after they repeatedly told me it was). This place is so adorable. The staff were so kind. My injector was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and executed my services so professionally. I will definitely be back.
I would avoid this place at all costs. For some background, I have tried to work this out privately and am only writing this review because the owner is refusing to take accountability for what transpired at her studio. And if you read other negative reviews, my story unfortunately lines up quite similarly to many of theirs so it does not seem that my experience was a 'one off'.
