She's very through and attentive to me and my needs. On time never having me waiting long . Checks on me post visits. I'm very happy with my Doctor.
Emma is an excellent Health provider. She really cares about her patients. She stays up to date on new medications and treatments. She has called me and my husband herself, to check on us when we’ve been recovering from an illnesse. The only complaint I have is with trying to be seen by her in a timely manner. The way Oak Street Health is set up, you cannot be seen same day for an illness, such as flu , ear infections or need to be checked out.
