Dr. Cordes has a great manner - informative, responsive, and a strong listener while still leading. Perfect combination with her highly skilled hands. We are so pleased with the results and her support through the surgery process.

Dr. Cordes takes her time to talk to the child as a patient and involves the child in their care plan conversation. She explains the care plan to the child and parent, and makes sure she gives the child an opportunity to ask questions. She is easy to talk to, gives clear expectations and although I know she is most certainly busy, she does not conduct her visits in a rushed or hurried manner, which is appreciated.
