Believe the reviews! This person rude and angry for no reason. I come to my appointments early or on time. I'm quiet and I always tip. My hair is clean and prepped. I always approach her with kindness. For some reason, she acts like we have a personal problem. I have never met her before she started doing my hair, so I can't tell you why she's so upset with me. If you're looking to have positive experience, avoid this loctician.
If I could give a -1 I would. Very rude and unprofessional. I was a Sisterlocks transfer and love my current consultant but she’s been busy with other things. Emma left holes in my locs that I’m currently working through to fix before my locs break off. Towards the end of our time she started to slow down the process since it’s charged hourly in order to prolong and charge more for the service. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave great recommendations based on my hair type. Emma’s technique is flawless, and you can tell she’s genuinely passionate about her work. Emma is very informative and knows her profession. She is a sisterloc ambassador and has taken care of my locs from my first retie. She is fast and on time with my appointments. Highly recommend!
