Emma worked daily with us while searching for our ideal home during a very competitive time in the housing market. She was very flexible with scheduling viewings, communication and consistently supportive every step of the way. Emma went above and beyond for us from start to finish, even helping out with issues with the sellers after we purchased our home. Emma was never pushy or intrusive and paid extremely close attention to detail in what we were looking for. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found Emma to help us find a home in Syracuse. She is a go-getter who doesn't sit on any question or concern that comes up while viewing a home, immediately reaching out to the listing agent for an answer. Emma is incredible. I had a horrible experience with my previous agent while selling my house. Because of this horrible experience, I wanted to find a new agent for the purchase of my new home.
