I have had a really positive experience with my physiotherapist, Dhvani Patel. She took the time to properly understand my problem, gave a clear diagnosis, and explained why the pain was still there because of the injury. During our sessions, she explains what she’s doing and how it will help, and she gives exercises to do at home that have genuinely helped my recovery. She’s also honest and sets a realistic recovery timeline, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend her.

I visited Dr. Tasneem Patla (Physiotherapist) to help me recover from a shoulder dislocation. Over the course of three months, she carefully guided my rehabilitation and made sure every step was done correctly. She is incredibly helpful, professional, and skilled at what she does. With her help and support I am almost completely healed. I would 10/10 recommend her.
Incredibly unprofessional administrators here. I book a massage for the 31st a week in advance. Lady asks if I want 12 or 1230. I say 1230 and take that day off. Then on the 29th, they say "oops we forgot to actually make the appointment, and now we're fully booked for the 31st. SORRY!" So disrespectful and unprofessional. What a horrible and clumsy admin team.
