Evelyn A. We have used Eminent Terrain for extensive landscaping at our last three residences. I heard they were the best from several friends who had used her, and we were so pleased with the results! Kristi is professional, knowledgeable, detailed, very creative, and exceeded our expectations. Her crew was there everyday that weather permitted and completed the job ahead of schedule. Kristi and her crew are absolutely amazing! We look forward to several other future projects with them! We redid our entire backyard with a pool and new landscaping and drainage. They came out multiple times to evaluate my yard (including in the pouring rain) to make sure the drainage was designed correctly because this issue effected us and several of my neighbors. I had never hired a professional Landscaper, but after seeing Kristi’s work in some of the prestigious publications over the years we called and set up an appt. Its definitely not a fast process, as she and her team take time to make sure your design is planned out and done right. We were so happy with the results! This team is amazing! Kristi’s knowledge of the industry will save you time and money on your project. Don’t make the same mistake I did and have to do your landscaping twice - use Eminent the first time!

Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience as other reviewers. We hesitated to write a review, but realized people rely on honest reviews when choosing a company. We waited over 6 months from the time we signed our contract until the initial plan was delivered. Sadly, we were disappointed. Items that were emphasized by us that needed to be addressed were overlooked while other items that we clearly said were in the future were the focus of the design.
