I think it’s unprofessional that we never met our realtor face to face when buying our home. As a military family I feel like we were taken advantage of as the home we purchased was done out of state and when we finally moved in the house it did not meet our expectation. They did a quick sale and that’s that! So if you’re military and buying out of state I wouldn’t trust this company’s judgement.
Extremely professional, personal, just a fantastic experience -- completely different from buying a home in Louisiana through Coldwell Banker. They are extremely accommodating to military families as well, and know the ins and outs of VA loans and lenders. Ryan Potter was a dream to work with!

Berkshire Hathaway agent Todd Bartusek just contacted my partner, whose name is NOT on the home I am selling, and totally bashed my agent, who is another Berkshire Agent. He proceeded to tell my partner what my agent was doing wrong when he has no idea what is happening with MY home. Most disrespectful thing ever. VERY POOR reflection on Berkshire Hathaway. While my agent is doing EXACTLY as I have asked, this is uncalled for and NONE of his business. 😠
