We had a signed purchase agreement and the seller breached the deal. Initially we thought the house would go into foreclosure since there were multiple undisclosed liens against the property. We were surprised when it was relisted 2 months later with the same agency Berkshire Hathaway. At the least their actions are unethical, at the worse this is malpractice. My advice - find a different agency to work with.
RecommendedI have been working with Trish Rasmussen. She has been amazing to say the least!!! If anyone ever needs a realator, she is the best person for the job. She is on it all the time!! She is very transparent with her buyers/sellers. She tells it like it is and she won't let you down. We are still going through hell with the house we want to purchase because of their realator. RecommendedEva really hit the ground running and was very thorough and prepared every time we were going to meet up; planned showings, smooth scheduling, etc. She is also very knowledgeable of the area! would definitely recommend her to anyone and would love to use her when we are ready to purchase a rental property.
We had a horrible experience with this company. We were working with the Council Bluffs location. They didn’t know enough about the house we were buying to be selling it. We were told there were no hidden fees and the house we were buying was $20,000 even. After spending 2 hours filling out the contract, we were called later saying we would have to redo it because it “wasn’t applicable” for the house.
