Not only did I get an appointment within 3 days of the ER asking for it she and her staff, knowing I had no insurance, had already processed all of the paperwork for financial aid for the new anti-convulsion medication she wanted me to try. I still see her for follow-ups and tests and she is always ready to spend time with me answering any and all questions no matter how insignificant they seem to be.
