My last visit went very well she is a very caring Dr and will listen to all your concerns
I was so happy with my stay at riverside because of Dr Klatte, she is so kind hearted and passionate about her patience. She's very determined to find out what was wrong with me, finally found someone that believed me and willing to help. Thank you Dr Klatte!

This doctor rescheduled nearly all of my appointments failing to tell me it was because she was being promoted. When I politely confronted her about it on MyChart, she not only discharged me but she blacklisted me so that I could not see any other Ohio Health neurologist. She should not be practicing.
I expect a lot from a Doctor, and Dr. Klatte doesn't disappoint. She has the best bedside manner of any Doctor I've met. She gets to know you as a complete person, not just your diagnosis. She will ask multiple times if you have questions, and explains very complex topics in a very easy to understand manner. She has unparalleled knowledge in her field and it extends beyond epilepsy to related conditions. She is by far the best Doctor I've had.
Klatte is excellent!
I love Dr. Klatte. and wouldn't know what to do without her. She is unmatched to any other physician I have ever had.
1. Her office staff is incapable. They bill inaccurately and she misinterprets your statement of your symptoms and story when she transcribes them post-appointment. This leaves a poor impression as she and other physicians have inaccurate information that can harm the patient. Due to her sloppiness, I lost out on a auto settlement. 2. Her office staff is excellent at filling out FMLA though. A lot of physicians have serious issues with this. I truly appreciate that. She's excellent with epilepsy
She is a very caring easy to talk to Doctor . Always takes her time and and make us feel so comfortable .
