My experience at MedStar Orthopedic office in Lakeridge was nothing short of great! I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Cha right away. My wait time was more than reasonable. The front desk staff, Liway and Paola, greeted me and assisted me with checking in. Soon after the Ortho Tech, Sulimar called me back to the room for my intake.
