Dr. Shaughnessy’s office coded/billed my office visit incorrectly so that my insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure. I was then left with an extremely expensive bill. I have called, sent messages and tried to communicate with their office to rectify the situation and they are not responding or making any attempts to adjust their coding/billing. Very disappointed with this office.

Emily Shaughnessy MD is a new dermatologist at Hartford Healthcare. She is located in Farmington, CT. She was willing to try to specialized medical treatment on my skin that was very effective. She also recommends some natural treatment that you can do at home with little to no cost. My skin has improved a lot in the past 3 years. I am sorry to see Dr. Shaughnessy relocate.
