I have been seeing Dr. Burns for 20 years and refuse to switch. She is everything a doctor should be -- empathetic, professional, understanding and kind. She actually talks to you without using jargon and is very thorough in everything she does. She does not recommend unnecessary procedures and never gives you the impression she is rushing you out. Dr. Burn is one of the finest Internists I have ever visited. She is patient, thorough, and gave me peace of mind. She was clear on our plan and provided excellent follow up. She is simply one of the best.
