She was HORRIBLE. I had 2 broken ankles, one severe. She constantly looked at her watch like I was a bother. When I asked where the breaks were (I'm not familiar with ankle structure) she got annoyed and brought an ankle model in the room and still didn't really explain to me where the break was and what she'd do to fix it. When I asked she said if I need to know all that I'd be the doctor, wouldn't I? So rude! I had an excellent experience with Dr Ren. She was knowledgeable, warm and professional. She answered my questions clearly and patiently and was very reassuring. I really liked the fact that she actually touched my knee as she examined it ( some docs don't even touch). I will definitely recommend her to family and friends.
