Not happy with the nurse practitioner (Anne Marie Craig) my daughter saw. She thought her diagnosis was correct, but she was definitely wrong based of test results. She did nothing but assume. I think she needs to go back through medical school.
Went for a walk-in and the receptionist was very dismissive when asked about the process to be seen. Afterwards I watched them speak over and cut off the next patient who was just asking questions. Didn’t feel like a place where they actually care about helping people
Wow came in to get checked up. And I didn’t even finish my paper because the front desk lady was so rude to me and the other old man. He was so nice and she interrupted him twice with her nasty attitude. Would never recommend or come here. I absolutely hate places who treat their patients with disrespect. Disappointed! Could tell I wouldn’t even want to see any doctors as they likely treat their patients the same.
I've had several instances where they don't practice up-to-date medicine with pediatrics. I used to love this practice because their office runs like a well-oiled machine but I've had too many bad experiences that I can't go back.
Imagine being anxiety ridden, with insomnia and high blood pressure and them telling you it’ll be 24-48 hours for scripts. Time passes by and still nothing, call for information and you get a receptionist with an attitude. Blows me off, Drs gone for the day. Call back the following day to be told the dr leaves at noon on Fridays, convenient for her clients. No one called me back, no one called in my refills.
