We have had awful experiences with this place. My husband had been mistreated during a visit a while ago and we decided to give them another try for my daughter's physical (mostly because it was the cheapest in the area, I guess you get what you pay for). Terrible idea. They said she failed the eye test and didn't even pass 20/70 but that was an out right lie. I saw with my own eyes she read it correctly. I've never felt more blown off in my life. I would rate a zero if I could. The nurse I saw acted like she didn't really even want to acknowledge me not feeling well and just wanted me gone. Just utterly dismissive. Said she didn't see anything wrong with me and sent me on my way. The next day I was even worse and went to the ER where I was put into the hospital for 5 days, so I did in fact have something very wrong with me.
Every single encounter I have had here has been great. Providers are all (I have met them all, alas) great listeners, collaborative, and straightforward. But for me what really sets this office apart is the office staff -- all (esp. manager Jeffrey) are welcoming, kind, and I gotta say, fun. I always leave happy.
I was seen immediately, tests were run and there was excellent follow up. This is a very good medical facility!
