Emily always listens, extremely thorough, love her!
I called for an appointment to get a tetanus shot and a sick visit because well I'm sick I was told that they didn't have tetanus shot and that they didn't have any sick appointment and my medication appointment to refill was scheduled for after the first of the year which is 2 1/2 months away so in conclusion this is a doctor's office that doesn't appear to want to help, all I was told was to go to urgent care or the emergency room, that is not care
Dr.Rooks is so thorough it is unbelievable. She listens and allows me to give my input ion medications and gives me alternatives. I like that in my physician. She is very thoughtful and remembers your name and makes you feel very comfortable. I hope she never leaves.
Emily Rooks cancelled my prescription without my consent or a conversation about this discussion. I came to her for heartburn which were pretty harsh on me and when I called to refill for the 1st time since she gave me the prescription the pharmacy say Emily Rooks canceled it without me knowing anything. Who gave you the right to cancel something that I need which ain’t even harmful!!!
