Save your time and money — honestly, you’d get more help asking ChatGPT. Dr. Berger was extremely awkward and unprofessional during our visit. No greeting, no eye contact, no basic “how are you.” The entire appointment lasted 3–4 minutes max. After spending 20 minutes on the phone to get my daughter a consult, they were quick to deter me from making an appointment finding out I wanted to self pay and no appointments available sooner than 6 months.

Dr Berger was awkward esp when she walked in.. dismissive, spent maybe 4-5 min with us, did not feel like she was really listening to our concerns. Prescribed one medication but later found out it was not covered by our insurance. Called back office twice to find an alternative and was told we would receive a call back both times.. but never heard back.

Dr Berger is awesome, she’s been seeing my daughter for a while now. She was the only dermatologist to find a solution for her. Highly recommended.
