Update as of 8/27/25: please note I’m waiting on a callback from the office manager as Denise the old office manager no longer works there. My original appt for 8/6 this year that was rescheduled with the office manager was rescheduled BY THE OFFICE was called on same day to change appt. Changed appt to 8/27/25 at 2 PM JUST TO GET ANOTHER CALL THIS MORNING THAT MY APPT HAD BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO THE PROVIDERS ABSENCE. UPDATE FROM THE UPDATE; Office Manager Denise called me back and explained everything. Apparently Main Line Health made them switch phone systems and this new system they’re forced to use doesn’t even allow you to get straight through to the office. Your call is sent to a 3rd party call center and based on the prompts you answer, it MAY send you to the office or put you on forever hold. UPDATE: once again I cannot get ahold of the doctors office to schedule my annual appt and address a medication change due to insurance requirements. Called 3 times over a 72 hour period, all different times (from First thing in the morning to 2:15 in the afternoon.) had to leave a message on their emergency clinical line because I couldn’t get through to the office. I have been a patient of Dr. Sabato for a couple of years now. She is a wonderful doctor. Kind, warm, patient, a great listener and thorough. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly as well.
I have been going to Dr. Sabato since may of last year—first appt was smooth, she was thorough and had no issues with scheduling. I have an appt with her for this may/june but my insurance changed and no longer covers the birth control I’ve taken for the last 5 years—trying to get a hold of this officr or anyone in it BESIDES THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE.
