Having moved recently, so was looking for a new dentist. Worst dental experience I have ever had. I had confirmed my records had been forwarded, hygienist kept insisting they didn't have any record. Finally, I had to go to front desk and they said he was looking in wrong place. Told him I prefer to limit x-ray exposure. 'Only a few would be taken' 17 x-rays and 2 x 360 degree because he screwed up the first one. Then 2 procedures recommended which a second opinion said were unnecessary. I am a patient of his from back in CT, for over 10 years and I want to say I miss him terribly! I’ve had multiple other dentists since he’s left and one horrific dental procedure that has now left me with extreme dental anxiety. I have had a lot of tough dental work in the past and know what to expect. Dr. Kroepel always did a fantastic job- even with the hardest procedures of extractions I had no pain or discomfort. You all who can go to him now are so lucky!

He is impatient, rude, and unprofessional. During my own visits, he wouldn’t be bothered to take the time to answer my questions. He even insisted I have a cavity filled when I was in the office for severe pain involving another tooth. He would not even address my pain until I had the filling performed. Had a procedure done and paid over $300 and it was supposed to be under $300. I ended up paying over the amount and received a refund a year and some months later smh.

My husband had an infection and she did not give him an antibiotic. She used old X-rays and did not diagnose the problem correctly. Had to go out of network and the first thing the Periodontist did was put him on an antibiotic before doing the procedure he really needed. The dentist did new and current x-rays and the procedure was professionally done. She did not do her job or pay attention to the infection he had and her plan could have caused other damage to his bridge.

Worst Periodontist I have ever been too. Terrible disposition, Bad manners, and most of all her diagnosis was wrong..Thank goodness I had enough since to go to Dr. Amir. I don't know how in the world she has a good rating...

Dr Hammond is concerned with your emotional state of wellbeing as well as your dental care, he is calming and reassuring and does excellent work. Pain-free dentistry was what took me there years ago and has kept me there for many years.
