My wife has been seen by Dr Jones for almost 8 yrs now. Nothing but the highest marks for her. I started receiving care from Dr Jones and Lindsey in 2015 and am very happy with my choice. Patient care is their top priority.
Dr. Jones is good, her nursing staff is rude and uncaring.
You see her PA, not her. Uncaring, spends zero time with patients. Questions left unanswered. Mostly saw Dr. Christa, who is as bad, if not worse than she is concerning bedside manners. Don't waste your time.
I'm 50 years old and I have finally found someone who speaks my language and not over my head. She spends time with my family and does not make us feel like cattle rushing thru the office for the numbers. Emily will ask if you have any questions or concerns before you leave and is very attentive to your needs. Most doctors I have had in the past leave the room to the next before they have answered any of MY concerns looking at their watch. Not Emily, she there truly for you, we love this Doctor
I had pneumonia my first visit with Dr. Emily Jones. She wanted to immediately hospitalize me. Due to my being a widow woman with limited income and no insurance, I begged her to reconsider. She offered that she would prescribe medication, and if, when I returned in 4 days, my condition had not changed that I would check into a hospital. With hesitation, I agreed. Four days later, I returned feeling great. She then showed me my xrays, and stated you were a VERY sick woman. She listens!!
