The staff is not friendly at all, and when a mistake is made, rather than trying to help correct the problem they argue with you. Nothing will get solved! Be very careful how they code your insurance because they will make things up, costing you in the end.
Called over a month ago to get meds refilled CVS faxed her no response been without my meds so I called United health care and switched to southern clinic I had enough poor service.
