I have appointments with two providers, Hannah Lipschultz and Emily Hermann. They are both wonderful and take time to listen to me and answer my questions. Having any blood work is done in the facility and is usually back the same day and posted to the app. It's great to have answers so quickly.
Great care from the staff at Primary care. They listened and responded quickly to my needs. Emily was attentive, did not make me feel rushed with my laundry list of health concerns. She took action to ensure that my needs were met and was quick to act when referrals were needed. Thank you Emily!
Went for my first appointment as a new patient. Walking in the front desk staff we're welcoming and kind. Plenty of space in the waiting area and chairs spread out. The nurse that took my vitals and information was nice. The doctor I'm supposed to see is on maternity leave so I saw Emily. She was very nice and listened to all of my concerns and current health issues. She didn't make me feel unwanted, rushed or like she wasn't listening like other doctors I've been to.
