I spoke to the nurse line and they scheduled a last minute appointment for my son for a constant low grade fever. We went to the appointment, the Dr. Allwein was so sweet and understanding and let us know all our concerns were valid and understandable. She never made us feel like we overreacting or inconveniencing her. She has been consistently amazing since day one of having her as out primary care provider.
